Enabling learning through innovative product solutions.

As an Instructional Designer in the area of lifelong learning I’m particularly busy with improving the way people (digitally) learn.

What I love about my work is our unique team spirit and the constant exchange with my colleagues. And the chance to actively help design and determine our product through innovative didactic concepts, making it easier for people to progressively develop themselves.

I’m really keen on how flexible, agile and self-organized I can make my working day at the Haufe Akademie. Here we work on an equal footing and trust in each other’s abilities – although we’re a remote team spread across Germany and even as far as Romania. It never gets boring, and the variety of tasks I do ranges from rough concept ideas for didactic design to creating specific learning content.

In Product Management no two days are the same.

As Product Manager, I’m responsible for the strategic development of our training portfolio in the areas of HR management and health. I keep a close eye on the HR and health market, identify trends, keep close track of our seminars and draw up new, innovative training and development formats in close consultation with our trainers.

I really enjoy working at the Haufe Akademie because I get to be part of a future-oriented, authentic and very employee-friendly company. I certainly noticed the positive feel on campus, the open-mindedness, helpfulness and friendliness on the day of my familiarization meeting – at the reception, in the corridors and the contact in the offices.

I like the 'WE' feeling, that we all pull together and that I can be who I am.
