Digitalization and innovation: Rethinking HR processes as an SAP key user.

I work as an SAP key user in Human Resources, focusing on the digitization and automation of processes. I particularly enjoy completely rethinking existing processes and developing innovative solutions. No two days are the same; while planning is one thing, we are constantly faced with new challenges, such as a system that requires short-term manual support. Another exciting aspect of my work is implementing and testing changes to laws or company agreements in the system.

Between teamwork and initiative: shaping the development of young talent.

As the lead for Young Talents Programs, I experience a great deal of variety and diversity every day. I work closely with various departments such as recruiting, employer branding, and various specialist areas to continuously develop our Young Talent Programs. I find initiating long-term educational partnerships with schools and universities particularly exciting. I especially enjoy interacting and networking with different people.
