In Controlling, I am responsible for supporting the corporate service areas. As the main contact person for everything related to finance, I provide my colleagues with figures, try to understand complex relationships, and make them transparent. The international exchange with our foreign locations is a particular highlight.
My daily work is characterized by personal responsibility and variety. There is no rigid daily routine, which allows me to respond flexibly to the requirements of the department. The diverse tasks and constant contact with colleagues throughout the company make my job particularly exciting.

As a Junior Controller at Haufe Group, my responsibilities include not only traditional cost center planning but also close collaboration with a wide range of departments across the company. A key part of my daily work involves estimate meetings, where we align on goals and plans together.
