High pace and drive in the area of social media.

As Social Media Manager at Haufe Akademie, I am responsible for the management and strategic development of our online presence on the various social media channels. This includes monitoring the channels, implementing target group-oriented communication measures and campaigns and observing and evaluating current trends in the industry.

In my opinion, what makes the Haufe Akademie stand out is that it always remains exciting because we all act with a very high pace and drive. We do this in order to further develop our products, solutions and topics in all areas (for our customers). And this pace means that I am also constantly evolving.

What I appreciate most about my work is the creative freedom - I can drive and develop topics and processes independently.

360-degree view of our content.

As the Content Lab team, we have a special role because we act as an interface to all business areas. Together we implement a really wide range of content projects, and that gives us an insight into the various business areas and initiatives – so in fact we have a 360-degree view. We’re optimally networked and can make ideal use of synergies between the various projects.

In my view, the projects are most successful if we can help other people with them. Those can be smaller projects, for example specialist articles, or larger-scale projects like a website on the coronavirus pandemic or the current topic page on the energy crisis.
