Project management is characterised by the targeted and structured management of complex projects. As a project manager, I am therefore responsible for leading teams to achieve their goals. In addition to ensuring the right team dynamics, I pay particular attention to adhering to deadlines, budgets and quality standards.

The diversity of projects at the Haufe Group makes my daily work very varied. In addition, depending on requirements, there is the flexibility of working from home and on site at the campus.

As an Agile Coach at Haufe Group, I support development teams in working together efficiently and with trust. My focus is on understanding the individual needs of each team and developing suitable solutions together. Whether it’s team structures, processes, or product strategies, I take a needs-based approach and help bring often invisible issues into the open so they can be discussed.

I’m passionate about seeing how teams grow and evolve through my support. Often, it’s the soft factors that make the biggest difference - clearer role definitions, stronger collaboration, or a more positive team dynamic.
