As Legal Counsel, I work together with my team to ensure that the Haufe Group's legal relationships are legally secure and in line with requirements. I often have room to maneuver and can contribute my own suggestions and ideas. It is often necessary to consider different, sometimes conflicting interests and find a joint solution. What makes this position particularly exciting is the wide range of topics and the fact that I am constantly learning new things.

Legal tech at the cutting edge: between technology and law.

In my role as Legal Content Designer and Legal Engineer, I take care of the interface between technology and law. Specifically, we have set up the "Legal Tech Lab", in which we do pioneering scientific work on AI and AI applications in a legal context and coordinate interdisciplinary topics.

My line manager shows me a lot of trust and appreciation. I particularly appreciate that and it motivates me immensely in my work. My opinion is not only gladly listened to, but also actively sought. For me, this trust also includes the completely freely definable hybrid way of working. For the Haufe Group, it's people and their needs that count. This is a corporate culture of values with which I can fully identify.
