Digitalisation and innovation: rethinking HR processes as an SAP key user.

I work as an SAP key user in Human Resources, focusing on the digitalisation and automation of processes. I particularly enjoy completely rethinking existing processes and developing innovative solutions. No two days are the same; while planning is one thing, we are constantly faced with new challenges, such as a system that requires short-term manual support. Another exciting aspect of my work is implementing and testing changes to laws or company agreements in the system.

This variety ensures that it never gets boring. My more than 20 years of experience with SAP help me to always keep calm, analyse issues thoroughly and also suggest improvements.

In Controlling, I am responsible for supporting the Corporate Service departments. As the main contact person for everything related to finance, I provide my colleagues with figures, try to understand complex connections and make them transparent. The international exchange with our foreign locations is a particular highlight.

My daily work is characterised by personal responsibility and variety. There is no rigid daily routine, which allows me to respond flexibly to the requirements of the department. The diverse tasks and constant contact with colleagues throughout the company make my job particularly exciting.

Our team is an absolute dream team. We are versatile and harmonious, exchange ideas regularly and support each other.
