From Dental Assistant to Customer Service Specialist.

As a Customer Service Specialist at Haufe Group, I handle customer inquiries regarding contract details, subscription cancellations, address changes, or technical issues such as account linking and product downloads. What I enjoy most is the direct contact with customers. It motivates me every time my support is appreciated and I’ve truly been able to help.

In addition to general tasks, I also take on special topics such as cleaning up duplicate entries in customer data or forwarding customer feedback to our product management team. This mix of routine and variety is exactly what makes my job exciting and diverse.

What makes our team of around 22 colleagues so special is the strong sense of unity. Questions are always welcome, and we support one another. I especially value our monthly regulars’ table, where we also have the chance to connect on a personal level.

A career change into this role is absolutely possible - I myself trained as a dental assistant. What I value most are the appreciative corporate culture, the openness within the team, and the many offers available to employees.

Every day a surprise.

As a Customer Relations Specialist at Haufe Akademie I advise private individuals and employees from companies on further education programs tailored to their personal or professional development goals. I inform participants about changes to events, such as cancellations, rescheduling, or changes of speakers, and stay in direct contact with them throughout the process.

I particularly appreciate being able to contribute my own ideas and take part in improvements. For example, I am currently involved in the transition to SAP S/4 and have been able to further develop in my role through this project.

Our team works closely together, supports one another, and creates a relaxed and warm atmosphere. With short plank challenges between meetings, we stay fit and bring some fun into our daily office routine. We are a diverse team with colleagues from a wide range of industries - from hospitality to retail. What truly matters to us is initiative and the willingness to dive into new topics.
