From the day you sign your contract, you’ll receive individual onboarding to familiarize you with us before your first day at work.
Further training is a matter of course at Haufe Group. We promote the continuous development of employees, and have set out the specific training entitlements in a Group works agreement. With the entire e-learning portfolio of the Haufe Akademie, we enable our employees to engage in targeted, self-controlled learning. Employees also have access to other Haufe Akademie services, the complete range of e-books and bound books from the Haufe and Schäffer-Poeschel publishing houses and various collaborative, peer-to-peer and curated learning platforms. We also offer training courses and seminars both in-house and via external training partners.
We believe stays in other countries and locations broaden the horizon. We offer employees the opportunity to visit other Haufe Group locations. In addition, each employee can work abroad in Europe for up to ten weeks per year. A Group works agreement regulates the framework conditions for remote working abroad.
Flexible and hybrid working is the norm at Haufe Group, and the specific options for our employees to work remotely are defined in our Group works agreement. We neither work exclusively remote nor exclusively in the office. The respective teams are responsible for deciding how much remote work and how much presence the work requires. All employees are provided with the necessary equipment for remote work.
