- You have a degree in information systems, information technology, management/business administration, engineering or computer science (Master's degree preferred)
- In-depth technical know-how in common web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.
- You have experience in building lean and optimized processes
- You focus on usability and the ability to put yourself in the user's shoes
- Proven experience in delivering high quality services with incentives for SLAs/performance standards
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, BCM or CSM is an advantage
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred
